What is Stress?

If you are suffering from the signs and symptoms of stress, such as feeling down, irritable or unable to concentrate, there are therapeutic skills from cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), mindfulness and other therapies that can help by teaching you relaxation exercises and helping to manage your own personal work and life stresses. If you believe you are suffering from more severe symptoms, or more acute forms of depression, you may wish to consult your doctor.
